During these uncertain times, our utmost priority is the safety of our guests, ourselves and the residents of Middleham.
We have put together information for you detailing the changes we have made. These are subject to additional changes from the Government
We would also remind you please to read our Terms and Conditions.
By having a 2 night minimum stay we are reducing the overall number of guests passing through.
We are not refreshing rooms during your stay but everything is available – a cupboard of clean crockery, water bottles, biscuits etc. Towels can be requested.
We also ask guests to pre order breakfast the night before. This doesn’t mean you can’t change your mind in the morning. All our usual dishes are available and you can mix and match any of the ingredients – we have had some strange combinations this year!
Cleaning is thorough, all bedding etc washed at 60 degrees.
Hand sanitisers are available in all bedrooms and communal areas.
My husband and I are wearing a mask in the communal areas and when serving breakfast.
All bedding and towels are washed at 60 degrees. All throws and cushion covers in the lounge are washed between guests.
Cleaning is thorough – we use a special antiviral cleaner – cutlery, glasses and mugs are put through the dishwasher between each guest.
We do request that guests place bedding and towels in laundry bags at the end of their stay and empty out all food from the fridge/freezer and empty all bins.
Check in is now 5pm to allow for extra cleaning – if we do not have guests in the week before your stay then the check in time may be able to be earlier by arrangement.
